Background plaster pre-packaged powder, consisting of natural hydraulic lime (NHL) and selected calcareous-siliceous aggregates, contains neither sulphates nor any form of clinker. The binder obtained in this mortar is a natural lime, obtained by low-temperature calcination (< 1100°C) of Italian marly limestone, rich in silica, fired using techniques and methods handed down by tradition, which gives the mixture excellent adhesion to the substrate, high elasticity (low modulus of elasticity), very high breathability, high resistance to alkaline attack and the formation of mould and bacteria. The product can be used for external and internal plastering on unfired earth, stone, brick, tuff or mixed masonry and the grouting of fair-faced masonry.

It can also be used for recovery on historic buildings, where a traditional plaster is needed, compatible with the materials used in the past. Available in two versions: For hand application (code GEOINT-C) or machine application (code GEOINT-CM).
